Only this choice wasnt as simple as the others. He and his main pawn Olra track the dragon down and is faced with the choice all arisen must make. His heart is taken and he becomes the new arisen. Soon after Ashe is attacked by The Great Dragon. Through the time he begins to notice that Olra resembles Grett more and more by the day, she also has developed feelings, and the two begin a romantic relationship. He vows to kill the dragon, and avenge his mentors death. Only Olra returned, beaten, and bloodied.
Like all arisen must eventually do, Grett and Olra face the dragon. In this time he became attached to Grett, who was now his mentor/mother figure. He was young when they saved him, and he grew with them through the years (or months) as they taught him to fight with the blade. He was lucky though, we was by the 2 people who took pity on him. who's home was razed by the Great Dragon. So for those who've done BBI we all know Daimon, we've scene the cutscenes and we should all know ashe, Olra, and grett.Īshe was a young man.
This story is interesting, and one of my fav's. What happens then is we fall from the heavens with our pawns, our pawn takes on our likeness and is woken on a beach the new "us". They are completely aware of their fate as a Great Dragon and though they are connected to seneschal in a way it seems they do these things of their own volition. Those who die to seneschal become the new grigori, so grigori that we faced was once an arisen. So we fight senschal and theres a few things the game reveals. So we go and meet seneschal who explains to us our world life and everything basically. We go through the everfall the endless cycle explains the game perfectly help quince and reach "heaven" for lack of better words. He first discovers the old mage whos name escapes me, then moves on to create his own pawn in the image of his father, while the mage lady finds quince an arisens pawn from another world. Out of vengeance he sets off to find the Dragon. He bacame arisen when the Great Dragon attacked His land and killed his father. Savan was an arisen also from days long passed. Hes the guy you played with in the prologue. (i recommend watching the digital comic on youtube it details his life) Now before i move on let's talk on Savan. And to make matters worse a rift opens in gran soren taking countless lives. Dragonforged simply turns to dust while edmund gains his 50 years. Former arisen gain their hearts and with their hearts their age (arisen either don't age, or age very slowly for those who don't know). In his death grigori curses and blights the land. Our arisen takes up arms against grigori, not only that but we win. His spear and spear tip can be found in the game. This may be after dragonforged loses his spear and injures his hand.
Grigori mentions one arisen simply hiding and running away. When the spear tip broke he fought with his bare hands gaining the name dragonforged though a battle he did not win. Instead his sacrifice was his kingdom (the kingdom the dragons speaks of). There was no human love for him to sacrifice. That when faced with the decision to sacrifice a love or fight. There are 2 widely accepted theories on him. He has me kind of stumped but it is my assumption he was an arisen of days long passed, so long that his pawn has taken his form. The dragon leaves for approx 50+ years, the edmund is crlebrated as a hero is granted the title of duke and saltily sits upon his throne. For those who wonder i concluded that the woman he sacrificed was Lenore.Īfter being faced with the choice from the dragon the duke edmund sacrifices Lenore.
